§ 25.001 RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS
   The city council may enter into reciprocal agreements with other political subdivisions or agencies for fire protection and fire prevention purposes outside the city limits.

§ 25.002 FIRE PROTECTION OUTSIDE THE CITY
   The city shall provide fire protection for all areas within a three-mile limit of the city limits which are accessible to its fire apparatus, and other areas located adjacent to hard-surfaced, improved roads, as determined by the mayor and city council. The city shall apply for and receive on an annual basis appropriations from the Madison County Fiscal Court to partially defray the cost of providing this fire protection.

§ 25.003 FEES FOR REPORTS
   The fire chief shall charge each person requesting and receiving a copy of a fire incident report the sum of two ($2.00) dollars.
