No person shall keep any horse or horses on a lot upon which a one-family dwelling is situated within the Village, unless the lot contains not less than 80,000 square feet. If more than three horses are to be kept on the lot, such lot must contain not less than an additional 25,000 square feet for each such horse in excess of three such animals kept on the lot, provided, however, that at no time shall more than six horses be kept on such lot.
