250.09 ADVANCED SICK LEAVE.

When circumstances require, sick leave may be used in advance of accrual, subject to the approval of the Mayor and Department Head. Any employee separated from service who has been granted advanced sick leave shall be required to reimburse the Village for all salary and wages paid in connection with such unearned leave.
