1260.02 SEPARABILITY.

Each section and portion of each section of this Zoning Code shall be deemed to be independent of every other section and portion insofar as possible, and in the event that any section or portion of a section shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such holding shall not in any manner affect the validity of any other section or portion of a section.
