1248.04 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS.

Roadway improvements consisting of the pavement, shoulders, ditches, underdrains, guardrails, grading and seeding shall be constructed in accordance with Drawing Number C-6803 and with the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications, the current edition.
