1246.06   STREET GRADES, CURVES AND SIGHT DISTANCES.
   (a)   The grades of streets shall not exceed the following:
      (1)   Principal streets. Seven percent.
      (2)   Secondary streets and service drives. Ten percent.
      (3)   Pedestrian ways or crosswalks. Twelve percent.
   (b)   The grades of all streets and side ditches shall not be less than one-half of one percent.
   (c)   All changes in grades shall be connected by vertical curves in accordance with standards established by the American Association of State Highway Officials.
   (d)   The radii of curvature on the centerline shall not be less than the following:
      (1)   Principal streets. 300 feet.
      (2)   Secondary streets and minor streets. 100 feet.
   (e)   A tangent at least 100 feet in length shall be provided between reversed
curves.
