1246.05 MINIMUM WIDTHS OF PAVEMENTS.

(a) Major Thoroughfares. As required by the State.

(b) Principal Streets. As required by the County.

(c) Secondary Streets, Including Cul-de-sac Streets. 18 feet wide. The pavement of a circular turn-around at the end of a cul-de-sac street should have a minimum outside diameter of 126 feet and be completely paved, and shall be at least 18 feet wide.

(d) Service Drives. 18 feet.
