Minimum right-of-way widths shall be as follows:
(a) Main Thoroughfares. 86 feet.
(b) Principal Streets. 60 feet.
(c) Secondary Streets. 60 feet. All cul-de-sac streets shall terminate in a circular turn-around having a minimum right of way diameter of 168 feet to allow for a tree lawn width equal to that of a normal secondary street.
(d) Service Drives. 35 feet with a minimum right-of-way width of thirty-five feet allowing sufficient room for necessary roadside ditches.
(e) Utility Easements. 20 feet.
