1220.02 POWERS.

The powers of the Planning Commission shall be those granted by Ohio R.C. Chapter 713 as well as all other sections of the Ohio Revised Code, and of the Constitution of the State of Ohio, now in effect or which may hereafter be passed and effective, relating to municipal planning commissions, as well as all ordinances and resolutions passed by Council relating to the Planning Commission.
