(a) No person shall engage in any loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent, or obscene language, or engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior tending to a breach of the public peace in the park.
(b) No person while in the park shall engage in the playing or rendition of music of any kind, singing, loud talking, amplification of sound, or make other noises, in such manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of the park, having due regard to the proximity of other users of the park and residences.
