(a) No person shall fail to comply with all applicable provisions of the State of Ohio and the Village of Bentleyville motor vehicle traffic laws with regard to equipment and operation of vehicles.
(b) No person shall fail to obey all police officers, or the Village Service Director within the park, such persons being hereby authorized and instructed to direct traffic whenever and wherever needed in the park in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and such supplementary regulations as may be issued subsequently by the Mayor.
(c) No person shall fail to observe carefully all traffic signs indicating speed direction, caution, stopping or parking and all other signs posted for proper control and to safeguard life and property.
(d) No person shall ride or drive a vehicle at a rate of speed exceeding ten (10) miles per hour except upon such roads as the Service Director may designate by posted signs for faster travel.
(e) No person shall drive any vehicle on any area except the paved park roads and parking areas or such other areas as may be specifically designated as temporary parking areas by the Service Director.
(f) No person shall operate a snowmobile or all-terrain vehicle (AT) within the park.
