For the purpose of this chapter the following words and terms shall have the following meanings:
(a) "Committee" means the parks, facilities and beautification committee of the Village or its designated representative.
(b) "Park" means the Bentleyville Park.
(c) "Person" means any person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation.
(d) "Service Director" means the Service Director of the Village of Bentleyville.
(e) "Vehicle" means any wheeled conveyance whether motor powered, animal draw or self-propelled. This term includes any trailer of any size, kind or description.
(f) "Village" means the Village of Bentleyville.
