EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 1994-38, passed April 13, 1994, approved the Final Draft Solid Waste Management Plan of the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management District.
The Village contracts with a private hauler for garbage and rubbish collection and disposal services. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in Chapter 1060. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
