1042.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The Village of Bentleyville shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The Village of Bentleyville may contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
