The Village may will require that the company promptly report any dangerous condition or practice and remove, alter or otherwise make satisfactory any structure which may cause damage to persons or property. The Village may require the relocation or rebuilding of structures in the interest of public convenience, the facilitation of traffic, or similar needs. Any such work shall be done at the expense of the company.
