(a) A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid to the Village for each permit issued as provided in this chapter to cover administrative and inspection costs. No permit issued pursuant to any provision of this chapter shall be transferable to any person, firm or corporation.
(b) All buildings with an alarm permit or with an alarm on the premises shall have a conspicuous address marking, a minimum of six inches high, located on the side of the building facing the street, or on a mailbox at the end of the driveway, in clear view from the street.
