230.03 AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES ON VILLAGE CHECKS.

The Mayor is authorized to sign all Village checks for lawful expenditures on behalf of the Village up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00). For Village expenditures in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) and greater, the Mayor shall have an additional signature of either the President of Council or the Village Treasurer.
