206.01 DEFINITIONS.

As used in this chapter:

(a) "Meeting" means any prearranged discussion of the public business of any public body by a majority of its members.

(b) "Public body" means Council and any board, commission, agency, authority, committee or other body with decision-making authority in the Municipality, if any, which is subject to the rule-making authority of Council. (Ord. 1985-15. Passed 5-8-85.)
