The certificate of registration may be revoked at any time by the Building Inspector for violation of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Bentleyville or other laws, or rules, or regulations of the State of Ohio or for other cause which in the opinion of the Building Inspector justifies such action, including, but not limited to, the following:
(a) Misrepresentation of a material fact by the applicant in obtaining a certificate of registration;
(b) Improper use of a certificate of registration;
(c) Faulty and/or defective workmanship or workmanship not in compliance with applicable codes and regulations;
(d) Deviation from plans and specifications filed within the Village; and
(e) Noncompliance with or violation of any provision or regulation of the Ohio Building Code(s) or the Village of Bentleyville Codified Ordinances.
