(a) Public liability insurance shall be in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for injuries, including accidental death, to any one person, and in the amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for injuries, including accidental death, to more than one person, in one accident.
(b) Property damage insurance shall be in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) on account of any one accident and in a total amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for all accidents occurring during the policy period.
(c) On each of the above policies, the Village should be named as insured in addition to the applicant.
