1444.02 REGISTRATION FEE.

(a) A registration fee shall be required as set forth in Chapter 1428.

(b) No permit required by the Ohio Building Code(s) or the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Bentleyville shall be issued for work to a contractor except to a contractor who first obtains a current and valid certificate of registration according to this chapter.
