406.06 RECORDS OF MAYOR.

The Mayor, as Chief Conservator of the Peace, shall keep a record of all rules, regulations and proceedings promulgated in connection with this chapter. Such rules and regulations shall be issued in printed form with copies on file at the office of the Chief of Police and shall be kept in a bound volume entitled "Rules and Regulations of the Mayor as Chief Conservator of the Peace" under Ohio R.C. 737.022.
