276.01   COMPOSITION AND PURPOSE OF THE BOARD OF TAX REVIEW.
   The Board of Tax Review shall consist of the Mayor, the Director of Law and the Fiscal Officer. The Board shall select each year for a one-year term one of its members to serve as Chairman and one to serve as Secretary. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. The Board shall adopt its own procedural rules and shall keep a record of its transactions. Such records are not public records available for inspection under R.C. § 149.43. Hearings requested by a taxpayer before the Board of Review created pursuant to this section are not meetings of a public body subject to R.C. § 121.22 or ordinances of the Village.
