(a) The SWP3 and abbreviated SWP3 review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the Village before the review process begins. Please consult with Village Engineer for current fee schedule.
(b) For residential construction, an inspection deposit of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) is required prior to issuance of a building permit. Inspection cost performed by the Village of the SCMs will be deducted from this amount.
