1242.24 TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AND TRAFFIC SIGNS.

All traffic control devices and traffic signs, deemed necessary by the Director of Safety to regulate traffic in accordance with the Traffic Code, shall be installed. Such installations shall be at the expense of the owner and/or agent of the owner and shall conform to the standards adopted by the Village.
