1242.16 SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.

Sanitary sewers shall be installed to service all lots within the proposed subdivision if subdivision is within the service area of a publicly owned treatment works and sewers are reasonably accessible. If land adjoining the subdivision can be served by such sewers, they shall be sized accordingly and extended to the boundary of the subdivision.
