(a) The following shall be the minimum improvements required:
(1) Sanitary sewer system. (If applicable)
(2) Water distribution system.
(3) Storm drainage system and storm water management facilities.
(4) Full depth asphalt pavement and streets.
(b) All improvements shall be constructed in conformity with the regulations contained in this section.
