Plans for improvements within a proposed subdivision shall be drawn on twenty-four inch by thirty-six inch sheets and shall show all improvements in plan and profile view. After the improvements have been installed and accepted by the Village, the original tracings shall be turned over to the Village with all "as-built" measurements shown as determined in the field by the developer's engineer.
