1242.12 EASEMENTS.

(a) Easements for sewers or water mains shall be provided along rear and side lines of lots where required and shall be at least twenty-five feet wide. Easements for access drives to pump stations or storm water management facilities shall be at least twenty-five wide.

(b) Utility easements shall be provided along front lines of lots and shall be at least twelve feet wide.
