1242.07   CONTERMINOUS STREETS.
   In order that proposed streets may be as nearly conterminous as possible with existing streets in adjoining allotments, consideration shall be made to continue existing streets which extend to the boundaries of a proposed subdivision. In the case of adjacent subdivisions separated by existing thoroughfares, consideration shall be made for continuing in a practical manner the existing streets through the proposed subdivision as may be necessary for public requirements, subject to the approval of Council.
