1240.18 LOCATION OF FINAL PLAT FILE.

The Building Inspector shall be the custodian of all final plats for all the platted lands in the Village, subject to rules and regulations promulgated by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Such plats shall be maintained on file at Village Hall, properly indexed and available for inspection by the public upon request. Copies of such plats shall also be maintained at the Village Engineer's Office.
