1240.15 FILING OF MAINTENANCE BOND.

After the improvements are completed and approved by the Streets and Safety Committees of Council and the Village Engineer, the owner and/or agent of the owner shall provide the Village with a two-year maintenance bond for at least twenty percent of the final construction costs for all improvements installed that are to be maintained by the Village.
