(a) The owner and/or agent of the owner shall submit three sets of prints of the proposed improvement plans and profiles to the Village Engineer who shall check the proposed improvement plans and profiles against all requirements herein listed in Chapters 1240 and 1242.
(b) The Village Engineer will then forward the prints of the proposed improvement plans and profiles, together with his or her comments and recommendations, to the Building Inspector for his or her review and comments.
(c) A written report of the reviews shall be provided to the owner and/or agent of the owner and the Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration.
(d) The owner and/or agent of the owner may submit the proposed improvement plans and profiles at the same time that he or she submits the final plat to the Building Inspector and the Village Engineer.
