1240.05   PRELIMINARY PLAN APPROVAL PERIOD.
   The approval of a preliminary plan shall expire after a period of one year. During such one year period the terms under which the approval was granted will not be affected by changes to these regulations. To request an extension of the one year period, the owner and/or agent of the owner shall submit such request to the Planning and Zoning Commission at least sixty days prior to the expiration of one year period and the Planning and Zoning Commission shall then vote to recommend to Council approval or disapproval of such extension. Council then shall by record vote approve or disapprove the extension.
