(a) The owner and/or agent of the owner of the land proposed to be subdivided may meet with the Village prior to submitting a preliminary plan. The purpose of such meeting is to familiarize the owner and/or agent of the owner with the requirements and standards contained in these regulations, the Village's Zoning Code and other applicable Village ordinances.
(b) Steps for Subdivision.
Plan or Plat Required Village Body to Approve
1. Preliminary Plan Planning & Zoning Commission and Council
2. Improvement Plan Planning & Zoning Commission
3. Final Plat (prior to construction of improvements) Planning & Zoning Commission Council (after construction of improvements and acceptance of dedicated streets and improvements)
