Violation of the provisions of these regulations or failure to comply with any of its requirements shall be deemed to be a strict liability offense, and shall constitute a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for no more than sixty (60) days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the Village from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation. The Village may prosecute any violation of these regulations in accordance with the penalties stated herein.
