12-1-6: CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE:

Except as otherwise provided herein, it shall be unlawful for a telecommunications carrier to undertake work in any public way of the Village for the purpose of providing cable service to persons in the Village without first obtaining a cable franchise license from the Village as provided in Chapter 5 of this Title. (Ord. 1-97, 2-4-1997)
