A. Amount Of Fine: Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined in the amount set forth by the hearing officer at administrative adjudication, but shall not exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per day of the violation. (Ord. 55-2014, 10-28-2014)
B. Interpretation: For purposes of this section and in determining the appropriate amount due hereunder:
1. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.
2. All violations of any provision of this chapter that are committed by the same person, or any firm controlled by such person, shall be counted, regardless of whether or not the violations occur at the same location.
3. Any finding or plea of guilty or no contest upon a citation shall be deemed a violation. (Ord. 24-2005, 4-30-2005)
