3-1-17: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:

Upon proof that any commercial establishment in the village is being conducted and operated in violation of any of the village's ordinances or the laws of the state of Illinois, the village president may, upon fifteen (15) days' written notice to the commercial establishment and its owner, revoke the license issued to the commercial establishment. (Ord. 1-78, 1-12-1978)
