10-2-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to establish the specific duties and responsibilities of the Village Board, Community Development Commission, and Zoning Administrator as they relate to this title, and establish the application, notice, and public hearing procedures for the zoning applications and approvals of this title.
