2-1-5: MEETINGS:
The time and place of meetings shall be published as required by law, and special meetings of the Commission may be held upon the call of the chairman or of any four (4) members thereof. The Village Clerk shall act as secretary of the Commission. (Ord. 1-95, 1-3-1995)
