8-1-5: BUILDINGS ENCROACHING ON STREET:
No person shall erect or place any building, in whole or in part, upon or projecting over any street, alley, sidewalk or other public ground. No building shall be less than three feet (3') from the lot lines. (1976 Code § 6.11)
