A. Permit To Construct: No person shall construct any concrete sidewalk within the Village without first obtaining a permit from the Village President and Board of Trustees.
B. Width Of Walks: All sidewalks which may hereafter be constructed within the Village shall be constructed under the supervision of the building inspector, and unless otherwise ordered by the President and Board of Trustees, shall be of uniform width of five feet (5').
C. Established Lines: No sidewalk shall be constructed or laid except upon the lines and grades established or given by the Village.
D. Construction Of Concrete Sidewalks: All sidewalks that may hereafter be constructed in the Village shall be constructed of concrete under the supervision of the building inspector in accordance with the specifications prescribed by the Village.
E. Breaking Walks: Any person who shall break or otherwise injure any sidewalk shall, within a reasonable time thereafter, cause the same to be well repaired. (1976 Code § 6.16)
