6-6-12: PERSONS LIABLE:

All persons owning, operating or in charge or control of any equipment who violate or cause, suffer or allow any violation of this Chapter, either as owners, occupants, managers or agents, shall be jointly and severally liable to the penalties imposed by this Chapter. (1976 Code § 15.14)
