A. When signs are erected at the entrances to the Village giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park a vehicle on any street between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of any day, except that this subsection shall not apply to physicians or the operator of an ambulance during any emergency or in case of an accident or illness. B. When signs are erected at the entrances to any Village owned Municipal parking lot giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park a vehicle in any Village owned Municipal parking lot between the hours of three o'clock (3:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of any day, except that this subsection shall not apply to physicians or the operator of an ambulance during any emergency or in case of an accident or illness.
