No motor vehicle shall be operated upon any public street, or way within the Village in a manner creating unusual, unnecessary and unreasonable noise from screeching tires from acceleration, deceleration, stopping or turning, or the playing of radios or tapes. (1976 Code § 41.29; amd. 7-8-1982)
