4-6-17: PENALTIES:

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined an amount of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per violation per day. (Ord. 24-89, 4-18-1989; amd. Ord. 3-2023, 2-28-2023)
