ANIMAL: | Any wild or domestic mammal, bird, or reptile. |
DANGEROUS ANIMAL: | A. Any animal with a known propensity, tendency or disposition to attack unprovoked, to cause injury to, or otherwise threaten the safety of human beings or other domestic animals; or B. Any animal which behaves in a manner that a reasonable person would believe poses a serious and unjustified imminent threat of serious injury or death to humans or other domestic animals; or C. Any animal that meets this section's definition of a vicious animal. |
OWNER: | Any person, firm, corporation, organization or department possessing or harboring or having the care or custody of an animal. |
VICIOUS ANIMAL: | A. Any animal which, without provocation, attacks or bites, or has attacked or bitten, a human being or other domestic animal; or B.
