4-1-4: RANK:

The police chief shall be the head of the police department and shall have supervision over all the officers and members thereof. Following the police chief in rank shall be the deputy police chief, the sergeants and then the patrol officers. (Ord. 44-2007, 8-20-2007; amd. Ord. 26-2010, 3-16-2010)
