8-6-9: REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:

Each user of the POTW and facilities of the village shall provide reports as necessary to comply with this chapter and any wastewater discharge permit. Reporting requirements may apply to users that are not required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit. (Ord. 4-2020, 1-28-2020)
